Assignment Changes for Current Residents
Room Swap periods are offered prior to move in. Assigned students can change themselves to
a different building, room, or roommate within MyÂ鶹´«Ã½Housing.
A Room Change Request period is offered at the beginning of each semester for residents who wish to request
to change buildings, rooms, or roommates. Requests are submitted in MyÂ鶹´«Ã½Housing and are processed based upon the date/time submitted and availability or through
a student's Residence Life Coordinator.
Room Swap (Room Change Prior to Move In) Period for Academic Year 2025-2026:
- There are no Room Swap events planned at this time.
Students may swap room assignment and see/select from all available buildings except Fraternity/Sorority buildings.
Room Change Requests
Fall 2025 Room Change Requests: Contact your Residence Life Coordinator for assistance and availability.
Requests are processed based on the date/time the room change request was submitted and room availability. Space is extremely limited. Residents will receive notice via JagMail on the status of their requests.
