As the sponsor of the 麻豆传媒 Health & Dental Plans, 麻豆传媒 Choice, 麻豆传媒 Select, and 麻豆传媒 Consumer (HDHP) (鈥渢he Plans鈥�), we are obligated to furnish you with certain documents related to the Plans and your benefits under the Plans.
